As is apparent from this site, there would be no EPIC without founder and volunteer Executive Director, Barry Waldman. However, no one lasts forever, and the EPIC Board of Directors is actively working on sustaining what Barry has created. It's hard business trying to predict and control the future, but change is our constant and we are practicing due diligence by assessing EPIC's administrative efficiencies and its funding and financial practices—especially in light of the recent provincial cuts. We are evaluating the depth of staffing, quality controls for the best outcomes for our kids, and the needs of the communities we serve in order that EPIC can not only be sustained in the best possible condition for that unknown future, but also maximize its impact for marginalized kids for years to come. ​
